Fire Destroys Homes

In India it is illegal to convert to Christianity.  Sharing the gospel is dangerous in India and often leads to being beaten, put in jail or worse; however, this does not deter Pooja.  She is a mighty force for sharing the gospel.

Pooja and others were gathered to pray in a nearby structure when a horrible explosion occurred with many homes damaged and 4 COMPLETELY destroyed.  Pooja’s house was one of them.  Pooja and the others, including 32 children, are now living in tents.  The weather there, like here, is starting to get very cold and it is urgent that they have somewhere to get warm as winter moves in.  It was unable to be determined what caused the mysterious explosion that caused the fire, but this is not the first time a leader's home has been destroyed in this manner in this part of India
